Market Hall - Pavilion







read some good review about this place hence finally giving it a try. And i Love it. In my must have list will be their Tagliatelle - because the pasta is freshly made on the spot by chef , its bouncy and chewy. You never want to go back to packet pasta again after tasting this version. the crew is friendly. although there are 2 female that is new and do not understand english very well, but you cannot get angry with them as they just keep on smiling and ask if you need anything. they have mon-fri 12-3pm 3 course set lunch which cost RM24.90. i say is a good deal. I wanted to try their tagliatelle RM32.90 hence i op for their all day set menu at RM39.90 and my, it was a fabulous deal. view below for the food i had for Rm39.90++






















first up complimentary - bread stick with salsa sauce. perfect. the bread is bake to perfection. puffy and easy to bite. salsa sauce is just nice.
then came the starter - signature caesar salad. looks simple, yet taste delicous. with bacon and chunk of chicken plus the poached egg is done perfectly.next is the highlight - taglietelle (freshly made pasta with salmon tossed in vodka, citrus zest and mascarpone cream sauce) . again, what made this dish so special is the texture of their pasta.lastly, creme catalana for dessert. rich rich rich and yummy.on a second occasion i went back to have this starter: seared scallops served iwth cauliflower puree,tapenade and chrispy bacon chips. and finally i get the change to taste this chilli and green peas stuffed chicken breast on garlic mashed potato and srping onion pesto with sauteed wild mushroom and onions. the chicken breast is tender, and i love the mushroom and potato. they compliemnt the dish so well. the onions too. mush have!
