it was my first time here. For the authentic Briyani. price at Rm10 for the chicken briyani and Rm14 for the mutton briyani. its actually quite nice! especially the mutton. spices were great. I do hope they get more customers.

Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa Kota Damansara

SInce 1973!. no i have not been to the kampung baru original branch but i have heard that their NAsi lemak is good. However it took me awhile to step in to their franchise as most blog review are quit negative. But still today i decided to give it a try.here you see a picture of their original branch in kampung baruthe interiorThe food. in the franchise you order from the waiter.plain nasi lemak price at RM2.95. i think the price is very reasonable. Nasi lemak is serve hot so its nice.paru and ayam rendang price at rm2.95 and rm3.95. i am not a fan of paru. just wanted to try. was ok. abit rubbery. ayam rendang is kinda sweet for me.sambal sotong. first bite the texture was like rubber. then it was better.cucur udang. not bad just too oily for me oh i love this one pisang in bali style. love the gula melaka that goes with it.Rm2.50 each

Sawasde Thai kicthen and cafe

first time trying sawasde, service was friendly, food was not bad. i especially enjoy their mango salad. yummy and sour. environment is very cozy. cocktail and beers are available. open till 1am.

Jarrod & Rawlins Jalan Dungun

i've heard of J&R a few years back but did not try as I was trying to give up on poultry. but today i decided to head there after friends telling me that the environment is nice at a particular outlet at Jalan Dungun Damansara Heights. And they are right! located inside a bungalow, there were alot of greens all round. it felt at home. There is fine dining area as well as garden area. i went there for their brunch which starts from 10am-3pm. Must have is their sunday roast beef Breakfast comes with coffee or tea AND orange juice. below is Pork Cumberland. Yummy! strong herbal fragrant.this is jarrod and rawlins special. the full force. i love the mushroom and hash brown. and the sausage is superb.

chicken saald with feta cheese and olives. love it! clean meal for me. sauce aside.

main dish. cant rememeber the name but basically chicken with carrots, sweet potato and darn the sauce is awesome.

During our CPR training last Tuesday, Daniel suggested that take a 45min road trip to genting sempah/janda baik for lunch. So here we are! at restaurant 126. Us with souvenirs from Grace all the way from Vietnam.Grace and her kids.Chinese Herbal Tin Chat's leaf.(pseudo ginseng) very crispy like Japanese seaweed.Fried pork belly with veg! century egg+ salted egg+chicken egg steam!Tofu with fish paste soup. Papah fish. this is a very fierce fish. its tongue taste best! Steam Chicken.Sweet and sour fish paste with mushroom. Did you enjoy?

Mens Health and Shape Magazine Marathon - Putrajaya

Time flies! it was second year in a row that i have attended this event and it just seems like yesterday. Last year was just me a alex, this year the team is much bigger. Was greeted with a warm welcome by the 2 happy boyz in the picture below. Games by Hitz FM too.

This year True Fitness as one of the sponsors had a booth located at the event. with us in the picture is our designer and marketing manager.Jason and Edmund to head the warm up session. they did a fabulous job!performance by viva vertical. superb!And charm team as usual.This time the props goes to the gurls! awesome for R2, she got #20++ placing! and lorraine under #100! this gurls are getting really good. so proud of them!
