Mr.KJ Tan  Executive chef for Genting group F&B Outlets for over 25 years . Late Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong's favorite chef . Upon retirement , he opened Memphis Bistro at Subang PJU. Be patience , he is a perfectionist and likes to gets hands on in every details :) some food here taste out of this world !! Must have SPAGHETTI ORIENTAL CHILLIES PRAWNS & SPICY LAMB RIBS.
