| Founded 1985 in Japan's Ramen capital of Hakata by renowned Ramen King , 3 times consecutively TV Champion Ramen Chef Mr.Shigemi Kawahara. Shimomaru tamago . Ippudo original tonkotsu broth served with ultra thin noodles, belly chashu, bean sprouts , kikurage & spring onions. Have to say the chashu texture is fantastic. I do still very much enjoy one utama Isetan 's Menya Musashi 's Kuro (black broth) Ramen . |
