Thank you all instructors, members once again for your support on our re launch and also thank you to all those who have contributed xmas present for the children at the Sanctuary Care centre. With more than 300 gifts collected, you have given all 35 children an unforgettable Xmas of 2009!

A quick dinner at Pyramid the other day, nothing to shout about. chicken was not bad, others was ok to me. still prefer KFC's mash potato and bread:)

come try their mongolian chicken!!!pure chicken thigh. crispy on the outside and very juicy on the inside. ask mr. gilbert to recommend you his special dish has they always change their menu for better.if you find their venison abit tough, thats because they refuse to use tenderer. its bad for your body. gilbert knows about food, caligraphy(he wrote some of the calligraphy in the restaurant) and art of sun tzu.:)oh , and free flow of ice cream!serve malaysian soon hock fish, which is rare to get nowadays.

Quarterly with Dan and Rachael Cohen

so it was our last quarterly of year 2009 and the highlight this time was Dan and Racheal , program director of BODYCOMBAT. after 5 years if only seeing them on the DVD every quarter, we finally get to meet them LIVE! this is big deal ok, this is like going to MJ concert kinda BIG! see, you seldom see alex so happy:) Dan signing autograph for him on his combat chorey notes and i gave Dan RM10 for signature:)

A new food court had recently open in Taipan. so calling all taipanmers to go there for a try, tell me what is nice! i only manage to try a few items today. they have local to international food. so plenty of variety to choose from.

Then it was workshop day and we went to Klcc food court for food, man, i had this twice aday! from Wan Tan Mee shop, a must try! Travelling back to Taipan after workshop, we stop by at Taipan sin kong for the below. All the way from Klang, very good:)

Bad Ass Coffee & Sushi tei - Tropicana City Mall

Here is another great coffee outlet for the caffeine addict! All the way from Kona hawaii, presenting the Bad Ass coffee:P coffee taste is really strong. i like their frozen coffee ice cube alot. do give it a try.

Sushi Tei, for me its just similar to other affordable Japanese restaurants.
