RPM Endurance

in conjunction on the 50th MErdeka Celebration, our GX Dept has held a 1 1/2hr RPM theme class entitle : Journey to independence.

Around 80 members frmo Hartamas and Taipan participate in this event. Thanks to all their support. thank you to POWERBAR for their generous sponsorship for the event.

last but not least thank you too all the participate instructor - Alex Lee, Greg, Eng Guan & Ping. they have made the class fun and energetic!

also, inconjunction of that, we celebrated Eng Guan bday a week earlier!

Mel Gibson in True Fitness!

Yesterday morning, Hollywood star Mel Gibson was working out in True Fitness Hartamas. Why is he here? i am not sure. yet to find out. Absolutely great to have him around. He is a great actor/director, and now contributing his time on environmental issue. He is the man!

True Fitness Jaya33 opening/press conference and demo!

16 August 2007 marks a memorable day for me. its Jaya 33 True Fitness Grand Opening!!!!! GX Department contribute interms of perfomance. we have Capoeira and BODYJAM performance.

Thank you very much to my mates from Bantus - Rafa, Quek and Kok Lum . Also fellows jammers -Tina, Sharon and Shane.
Jaya 33 is another state of the art gym by True Fitness with world class equipments and strategic location. Not forgetting True Spa @ 4th Floor, equip with food reflexology, jacuzzi , sun tanning bench and swimming pool with underwater speakers!ohoh...yea...kids room with play station 2:P

Give me a buzz should any of you wish to visit the gym.
