2008.....

2008, i plan to pace myself, be nice to my body( as i have not been eating on time, in result, gastric and wind in stomach). So yes.....eat on time all.....no matter how busy you are. as the consequences is just not worthid.

i will be more positive, think positive then before. manage my emotion so it does not lead to overstress:) so kalian -kalian, kalau nak complain dengan aku.....pelahan-lahan ya:)

And most important, before 2007 ends..... from the bottom of my heart and soul....thank you Team GX! Many Many thanks for all your help , time ,dedication,suggestions,complains,concern,advice.....etc

Thai Corner Restaurant - Taipan

Alex undressing the chicks.......... We were hunting for dinner when alex says he wanted to eat something that he had plan for 3 years! but never had a chance. that is having a whole siakap fish for himself from the Thai COrner Restaurant ( Taipan).

in addition, he ordered another 3 pandan chinken.

well, i was happily staring him eat ..... did not see him eat this fulfilling for a while now. has he has been loosing weight.......6 kg in a few months time.

so in the end, alex ate 6 serving of rice, a whole siakap fish, and 3 pandan chicken:)

2007 .....

2007 is a fulfilling year for me. And i spend most of my time working......which i enjoy and passionate with my current job.

and all has been good since i started this blog. well, all except "our dear friend". yea, there are people in this world, whom lack of confident and started to use different ways to protect themselves. 1 of it is to give sarcastic/unconstructive comments to others in order to make themselves feel good. COmment that does not solve the propblem and not from the heart.....they just enjoy seeing others get hurt.

i think " our dear friend" should look into this , ask him/her self, what was the objective and what goal is he/she trying to achieve while making comments. it all boilds down to attitude...it shapes who you are.

i have also been reading books such as 7 an 8 habit of highly effective people. both are good books.

arrrgh..... i have not complete my study in" sport injury specialist course".....have been bz with company event for the last quater.....i will start now!

during xmas, i receive tons of xmas sms..grace,teoh,annie,my uncle, eng guan and lots more.....thanks all:) appreciate.

the lost of 2 friends in december definately shows me how fragile human beings are. that we should not take things for granted. love our heart. they never stop working. if they stop, we die......myself and alex have decided that should it be time for us to go......we will both choose to be burn into ashes..... to us...its just seems clean and easy to take care:)

2008 will be another bz and exiting year!...well, i am going to take some time off for travelling. did not go for holiday for 2 years.

and mom.....i envy you! mom got a 32 inch monitor as a xmas present form Don!

woke up in the morning for a class in taipan. later, meet up with alex and had lunch at Brunos-Jaya33. its a non halal restaurant as they serve pork. the interior is nicely done and gives you a cozy and fine dine environment. love the selection of furniture. especially the chairs.

food was at a affordable prize and good quality. the beef i ordered was juicy and tender. salmon - fresh. service - good.

so i had a non expensive fine dine experience....and its nice.....definately compatable to shook and la fette ......and alex took the bill:)

Christmas tree at ALex's house. this tree as been with us for 3 xmas already:)
before xmas eve, i had lots of though how to celebrate it. i was going to ask alex today for some suggestions only to found out that alex's brother in law has passed away this morning. 36 years old and suffered from sudden heart attack.

so after work, we drove to klang to pay visit to alex's sister. not sure how to get there, it took us nearly 2 hours form taipan to klang taman sentosa.

alex kept apologising to me as i had to spend my eve like this. is ok i said......its all accident.

alex's brother in law left behind a 10 year old boy(Brandon). when we arrive, alex told brandon to be strong and take care of his mummy. Brandon answer was: if i take care of mummy, who is going to take care of me:( . Brandon's dad cremation will be on this wednesday at 11am in klang.

so we got back fom klang and reach taipan around 11.30pm. i was craving for pasta but too bad pizza uno do not take any orders as they are closing.

hence, we went to Taipan starbucks....and its a good choice.....

1st, if you ordered RM30 above, you get a free goodie bag.(only on the 24th and 25th dec while stock last) STarbucks is most generous. the goodie beg contain 1 santa hat,1 pack from coffee bean, 1 peppermint candy and i starbucks mug! then we each get to pic a lucky draw number, did not won anything. but i saw some customers walking away with starbuck tumbler,mug and cups.

2nd, starbuck invite all december baby to sing birthday song and had a cake cutting ceremony. thenthe baristas cut a small pieces of the cake for everyone.

3rd , we count down as the clock strike 12!

then , starbuck invite us a feastfull meal which contains free flow of ham and cheese croissont,chicken pie,blueberry dounut, cup cakes and tuna sanwhich.

lastly, they annouce then if you found a sticker underneath your chair, you win a prize. so all of us start flipping our own chair and other empty chairs. alex got a sticker. hence he won 1 complimentary drink.

so its not so bad after all!

i remember on the 1st of dec, i lost a fren - alvin, and now...another......all in 1 month......wow........human are really fragile. and really, you cant take anything with you when you die. so appareciate life and make full use of it...all that left behind are memories.

went to pyramid today for a movie - The Warlords. definately an awesome movie. infact, it is more then a movie.....it teaches your cultural history, politics, leadership, friendship, love.....all in one........if you have not seen it, please do go......

well, alex left a box of JCo donut which i have not eaten in the cinema. when we went back to get it within 10 minutes,it was gone.

later we went to star archery ....my first time doing it. Not too bad afterall!

Did a few things in 1 Utama today.

1. Meet up with my cousin kah chin and his family. i only meet them once a year...as they stay in johor. hence, it is time well spend.

2. when to a reptile exibition(saw the world smallest marmoset species -as shown in picture) in rain forest. this is unplan....all started when chewbacca volunteered to handle snakes on the stage. he won one entry ticket. alex was natural in handling it as he used to own a pet python name malty.

3. later at nite we went for movie - National Treasure - a good movie indeed. breath taking frm beginning till end. with a lil humour.......
