Mr.KJ Tan  Executive chef for Genting group F&B Outlets for over 25 years . Late Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong's favorite chef . Upon retirement , he opened Memphis Bistro at Subang PJU. Be patience , he is a perfectionist and likes to gets hands on in every details :) some food here taste out of this world !! Must have SPAGHETTI ORIENTAL CHILLIES PRAWNS & SPICY LAMB RIBS.

Founded 1985 in Japan's Ramen capital of Hakata by renowned Ramen King , 3 times consecutively TV Champion Ramen Chef Mr.Shigemi Kawahara. Shimomaru tamago . Ippudo original tonkotsu broth served with ultra thin noodles, belly chashu, bean sprouts , kikurage & spring onions. Have to say the chashu texture is fantastic. I do still very much enjoy one utama Isetan 's Menya Musashi 's Kuro (black broth) Ramen .

having a kiosk for now, business is certainly good. manage to try carrot and cranberry cake and walnut cake. both was good and not too sweet.

red velvet was just okay for me.

Swich cafe . Fresh cream, homemade salted caramel , valrhona ganache , hazelnut and almond . Took a tiny bite . Was good .

nreath taking view. was thinking of doing some office work there but as i sat down with lovely ambience, friendly and warm staff, i just want to chill and do nothing

fresh from the oven bake chocolate cake is a must have. i have seen review that state it was a dissapointment but not for me. if was an absolute favourite for me. i like this better than their signature cake. crispy warm on the outside and chocolate melted out from the inside, with a not sweet at all berry ice cream, just perfect. the cake was rich, but was not sweet or felt too much in the end at all, i felt i wanted more actually.  a must try!

every single dish we had there was amazing. this thin bread with poached pear was out of this world. the best i ever had. especially the vinegar being used. completely opens up our appetite.

i ordered lobster which was on promotion . fresh! only usd16. there were also a perfect grill chicken , pork and steak which i have deleted the picture. they were all amazing.

this is call  tower high cake and its huge! the combine size of 4 normal size carrot cake. and its not sweet at all! was wonderful!

Cheesecake Factory

was not able to be there for long hence did not try the poultry menu. but as its call the cheesecake factory, there are so many choices that my calories quota would not fit in. hence i picked tiramisu. indeed it was different , not too sweet at all. ii enjoy it. ( dont take the cream:P) but my vite still goes to magnolia - red velvet cheesecake.
