BC AIM 1 May 23

And so finally i had the guts to join BC AIm. I was training hard for this after loosing some authenticity in BC. Thanks to SHaryn, Ben and JK that made this possible. and i also meet toon and boat from Thailand and they are super nice!

bodycombat module training 2010 December 17-19

i think this year we did the most bc module training. 3 in a year and all conducted by PK. it was yet another great one. this time the team was named team international as there were participant from macau, china, malaysia, vietnam, philipines, iran and pk himself frmo thailand. dont have many bc training picture though:) more like pk eating pictures. as usual we took him around for good food:) aroi maak! i got some lovely gifts from him this round. and loving it

first of all congrats to all new bc trainees! this is just the very first step. i wish all of you all the best! and many thanks to trainer PK. He was one of the nicest and humble trainer i have meet. and PK assistant - Karun, hehe you are one cheerful guy:) Looking forward to see both you guys again!

Quarterly with Dan and Rachael Cohen

so it was our last quarterly of year 2009 and the highlight this time was Dan and Racheal , program director of BODYCOMBAT. after 5 years if only seeing them on the DVD every quarter, we finally get to meet them LIVE! this is big deal ok, this is like going to MJ concert kinda BIG! see, you seldom see alex so happy:) Dan signing autograph for him on his combat chorey notes and i gave Dan RM10 for signature:)

RPM tuition

i walked in to RPM studio today and saw these!woohoo.....olivia had some trophies made to award fellow RPM instructors. each of them had a certificate of appreciation as well.

Work shop,BUbba Gump and xmas Trees

was at Q4 workshop last week, did not blog until now as i was sick, well,still not fully recover yet but in better mood today. so day 1 at The Curve, did not took any workshop pic, only Xmas Deco and food . hehe.
