My childhood food - Sea Park PJ

mom, dont you just miss these food? reminds me of my younger days:) so i went back today just for the fun. we went for Soo Kee prawn wan tan, their best dish i think is theur soup hor fun. soup is really tasty. if you enjoy chicken with lots of oyster sauce, this is the place for you aswell. but 1 thing is for sure, expect to wait for 15-20 mins for food to be served. seriously i dont remember waiting this long when i was younger.

then a few shop away was fung wo fried chicken rice shop! yummy! i cant recall if i have been here during my childhood. mom would know. but since alfee recommended it we decided to give it a try. and my oh my, i loveeeee the texture of the chicken. crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, complete it with their butter rice and chilly. and they service is super fast! but watch out for the extremely slippery floor.
and wah laaaaaa i think this is where i developed my love for asam laksa:) i miss it soooo much!

Song Kee Beef Noodle which i absolutely luvvvvvvv the soup.

Luk Yu Tea house which has an outlet at Starhill Gallery. I tried their Char Siew Bao and it was fantastic! Then you have a ver long que ss2 Ho weng kee won ton mee. Char siew was slice to perfection.

Singapore Kong Tai Fried Oyster

QQ Mua chi is absolutely bouncy!

chee cheong fun was really smooth ! a must try!

Mo Sang Kor BKT at RM16, i think is abit pricyDuck King is also there.....
Asian celebrity food critic Mr. Chua Lam was there for the opening ceremony.

GX Gives Back 2009

This year True Fitness GX Gives Back went to SHELTER, Taman Megah House for the Disable Children, Agathians Shelter and Rumah Charis home for the old and the kids. Thanks to all GXC's and members kind contribution, it was another successful even. The kids were great sports and they do need many more help. You can sponsor a child as little as RM50 a month. it would make a great difference. Let me know if you are interested.

Quartz

Was at Mid valley today and Alex decided to take a Aura picture at Nature Quartz, a machine which can capture your body aura and from there tells you what kind of mineral quartz you need to better enhance your health, career , love and finance. this is his 3rd time doing it, its ok to do it like once every 3 months minimum. And we were so lucky that the founder of the aura machine is here, as he flew frequently and is buzy for the datuks and datin booking to see him. So in the end, both of us took the picture ( RM38) and consult the founder. He was very patience , explaining the origins of quartz and to how he develop this machine while studying Masters of Mineralogy in USA. He is pretty spot on! So for those who would like to better enhance your well being using quartz, do try the aura machine in Mid Valley, better if the sifu himself is there to explain it to you. once you know which quartz suite you, its your choice to buy there, or go somewhere else to buy. If sifu is there then he will give you discount.

I myself have some quartz which i have been carrying them in my wallet for many years. And wearing a rhodochrosite which has serve me for more than 3 years now. Sifu say if a quartz that you are wearing is broken, do not continue wearing it. Instead buried it.

Saw some celebrity pictures there too, some became famous and some became datin after wearing the quartz he recommend.

For me, i just want myself and my love once to be healthy , Safe and Happy:)

Tek Kee Noodle House USJ9

Newly open noodle house at USJ9 ( previously Vietnam Kitchen), serving wan ton mee, roast pork, ginger duck, soups and buns. today is the 3rd day we try our luck, the first two visit we arrive at 8.30pm and all the food was sold out. Food was not bad, worth a try! They were excited that we are taking pictures for blogging purpose and in the end the sifu has to pose for us for some pics and we got egg tarts for FOC:)
