today myself and jack has been invited to Bkt Jalil, dewan komanwel to attend Phiten product awareness together with some coaches and physicians in bkt jalil sports school and the Malaysia Badminton team (BAM). Phiten team from Japan came down to do the product explanation and demostration.

Kinda cool to see team BAM seating beside us. Slight chit chat as well.because phiten is endorsing team BAM also.

aside that, Phiten also endorse Japan BAseball team, Paula Radcliffe(marathon world record holder)..to name a few.

we also learn about some product which is not sold in malaysia. such as hyperbalic(02) athletes chamber for speedy recovery that David Beckham is using.

its up lifting to see all the other athletes training in other field, the gymnast...etc......it feels really great to be surrounded by sportsman:)

it reminds alex c on his training days. during his days, there wasn't bkt jalil sports complex untill the very last year. so he spend 1 year training in bkt jalil...getting ready for olympics. but ofcourse it din happen in the end as he meet an accident in australia that force him to pull out frm national team. till days, he stills weeps when he heard olympics anthem. its so close, but yet so far:)

Seminar helps shuttlers deal with injuries and pains
KUALA LUMPUR: National badminton players can now focus on their training without having to worry too much about injuries and pains.
Yesterday, the National Sports Institute (NSI) and Phiten jointly hosted a seminar on pain management, sports performances and injury prevention, which was attended by some of the elite players from the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) at the Dewan Komanwel in Bukit Jalil.
The players learnt more about Phiten’s sports and health products, which are said to help improve circulation and reduce muscle tensions.
Said BAM general manager Kenny Goh: “Phiten have been one of our sponsors this year.
“Our players are using their products to help in injury prevention and pain management. They are another of BAM’s support services for the players.”
Phiten are one of BAM’s main sponsors for equipment like pro straps, ankle guards, knee, elbow and calf supports and pro bandages.

so yeah! BODYVIVE class is to kick start in True Fitness starting march!well, so i had to pump 40 vive balls , and half way tru it, the pump rosak! the spring jump out! so......i had to blow another 20 balls by myself!!!!!ahhhh!!!!! and i got 30 mins to do that.....thank god half way tru.....my collegue got me another pump and alfee came in to help!

Bird Nest for sales - anyone?

ALex's parents own bird nest house in segamat. and they are selling the bird nest for RM 1 per gram. ALL Cleaned , washed, and ready to cook.

With alex , his twin brother ivan and their parents.we only ordered beef, pork and chicken. the rest are all complimentry! Bill came out about RM170++. i dont crave for meat these days. so i aim more on vegetables. only have 5 slice of meat in total.

Daorae set lunch is really worhthid and nice too! monday-friday 12-2pm. they have 8 choices for you to choose from. go for the beef one! cost you RM14 Nett.

they have few other branches around hartamas, damansara area. not sure if they have the set lunch as well. anyone has any idea?

Sea Park Demo

Section 21 sea park residents association has approach us to do a demo inconjunction of their resident CNY celebration. and its a big one! the event runs from 9-11pm! lots of residents came....hundreds......well, its been awhile since i participate in this type of gathering:)

Kong Si Chicken Rice shop. beside giant paramount. its my 2nd time eating here. mom brought me here years back. and till date i can remember how tender the chicken feels. thank god i can find the place easily as i was not sure where exactly its located......tension......whole group follow me, talut nanti jason marah.

i din eat both the pork though. eating healthy, i stick to tofu, tauge, and few pieces of chicken.

can you guess how much we pay? all the food above, plus 2 coke, 1 pot of tea, 10 bowl of rice, all for only RM92! so its RM11.50 per person.....cheap right?

day started as usual. in da morning i went to grab the result for my H.Pylori result test. ( view previous blog). i also got to know from SY that adrian is recovering in hospital and should be discharge by tmw. the doctor repaired the inner wound, to stitch it stronger and glued it! so i am glad adrian is fine.

alex also brought a RM45 soon hock fish, so we decided to bring it to F4 fish head restaurant to cook. i then saw annie and john in the gym, so i invited them to tag along.

F4 restaurant food is great! and the price is just cheapppppppppppp!

Price of food ( excluding soon hock fish, inclusive of 2 coke, 1 pot of tea, 6 rice, 1 coconut) all for only RM70!

ITs NEGATIVE!

i never had gastric problem, untill 5 months ago when i started to have gastric pain atleast once a week. ofcourse i went to visit GP and they gave me normal gastric medication. after a few visit, i still did not heal .then i went to SJMC where doctor subscribe me a heavier dose of gastric related pills. the medication is for a week, it was the worst week. the gastric pill gave me side effect such as heart burn, blur vision, dizzyness ,anxiety and i vomit after i ate. completely lost my appetite and in 2 weeks, i lost 4 kg!

i later when to a GP where he suggest that i do a blood test for Helicobacter. Pylori (H.Pylori). i had no idea what it is , and my blood test came out positive.

Helicobacter pylori is a gram-negative, microaerophilic bacterium that infects various areas of the stomach and duodenum. Many cases of peptic ulcers, gastritis, duodenitis, and cancers are caused by H. pylori infections. However, many who are infected do not show any symptoms of disease. H. pylori's helical shape is thought to have evolved to penetrate and favor its motility in the mucus gel layer.

H. pylori is a contagious bacterium. Many researchers think that H. pylori is transmitted orally by means of fecal matter through the ingestion of waste tainted food or water. A clean and hygienic environment can help decrease the risk of H. pylori infection.

STAR newspaper actually came out with an article about H . Pylori a month ago. according to research, almost 50% of Malaysian has it. especially chinese. some shows symtoms such as gastric, burping, but some just dosen. WHO state that one diagnose with H .Pylori needs to treat as it is a class 1 link to stomach cancer.

so i had to go through a 1 week treatment with 3 heavy types of antibiotic by ABBOTT - Klacid HP7. cost around rm 220. this treatment will kill the bacteria. some patient suffered side effect such as dizzyness and pain, and i was so scared that its going to be another hell of a week for me. but surprisingly, i felt good! it was the best week i have had for few months.

after the treatment, i had to undergo a 1 month stomach repair pills - omelon. then i had to completely cut off antibiotic and gastric pills for 1 week, and then do a breath test for result.

So the result came out today, and i am really happy about it:)

really, ever since i am diagnose with H. Pylori, i have been eating healthy, lots more veg, and i am going to keep it that way. especially when i know how toxic meat is. and i ate lots of cherries.

i think everyone should include H. Pylori test in their next medical check up. prevention is better than cure.

now every 2 years, i need to do a retest to check if it reaccurs.

lastly, i want to thank all friends/instructors that knows about it and have support me and helped me:)
and ofcourse....mom too!

So its much more happening at night. after amazing race asia, at about 10.15pm we head to Thean Hou temple in Robson road. For Hokkien, the 9th Day for CNy is consider the actual 1st day of CNy. Hence need to go temple for prayer .

We pay Rm48 each for the ppl in the temple to pray for prosperity for us. i also pay for mom and alex paid for his family. Its also a form of donation to the temple.

we later pray to the god and say our wishes. For me, i am wishing for myself, my family and friends - Happiness and health. these to me are most important. 2nd by career, money.....etc.

Although both myself and alex religion are Nichiren Daishonin's Buddhism (so is Orlando Bloom,Tina Turner,Diego Maradonna to name a few) http://www.sgi.org/, its still a form and infact the original form of Buddhism. Hence, it is ok to pay respect at the temple. I believe all god and the mystical universe are good:) as long as it teaches you to do no harm.

In the first year, 's' will replace the soft 'c'. Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump with joy. The hard 'c' will be dropped in favour of 'k'. This should klear up konfusion, and keyboards kan have one less letter. There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year when the troublesome 'ph' will be replaced with 'f'. This will make words like fotograf 20% shorter.

In the 3rd year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling kan be expekted to reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible.
Governments will enkourage the removal of double letters which have always ben a deterent to akurate speling.

it was a last minute decision and both of us decided to watch CJ7. i am a definate STephen Chow supporter. the movie was a combination of family values, kung fun hustle and shao lin soccer. you will know what i mean after you watch it.

i though all the kid actors did a great job. especially the leading actress - dicky chow was her name is CJ7. Yes, she is a gurl! and she made me cry.

there was a big gurl in the movie and i thought it look like HK actor Lau Yi Tatt. also another young rich kid, looks like 2nd si heng in shao lin soccer.

any one knows where can i get CJ7 merchandize? CJ7 is really cute:)

I Passed!

Yay! so yeah, after 3 days of hardwork, i passed bodyvive:)

fellow trainee for this 3 days were awesome.

and not to mention the launch class today! awating the pics from ethan.

i also got a box of chocolote from my angel. how sweet he /she is:)

the angel and mortal thingy is a lil game we have in bodyvive training. we each have an angel to look after us, and for this 3 days, the angel is suppost to treat the mortal, without the mortal knowing it. and its really sweet and workout really well.

after training, we had makan, a good laugh and then later when over to adrian's house to pay him a visit. glad that he is feeling better and recovering. must have gone through alot........

so adrian, if you are reading this, we'll always be your angel:)

and, i have made a deal with adrian mom that if i felt bored during CNY, i will go bug her:)

and last but not least, thank you Tracy, who gave me such good commend throught out this training. i am proud to train all 4 programs under her:)

i know, i know, tomorrow is final assestment for BODYVIVE , and you are probably wondering why i still have time to blog! well, i can spare the time as we have done 2 tracks today, and only 1 final track tomorrow. ofcourse the highlight tomorrow will be teaching a live class to the members after just 2 1/2 days of training!

wow! thats the BODYVIVE challenge! now i know:)

so i 'll be doing track 3, dance cardio.....well to fellow jammers out there, i might not be able to do jam......but in BODYVIVE, i can dance:P

also to add on,

some nice stuff happens today.

1st, i got an sms from adrian! glad to know he has discharge from hospital and will be resting at home . so i really felt happy for him:) will definately pay him a visit soon:)

2nd, as seen in picture, Phiten pay us a visit, to demostrate their product and explaning to us the benefits of their products .it definately helps my day. i was having a masive headache, and after applying phiten's titanium tapes and also E-water gel( lotion with gold in it), i felt instantly relieve!!!!! yay!!!!!

their products helps relieves joint and muscle pain, improves blood circulation.....etc.

so try it out. do be aware, there are also some similar product in the market, i have not done much research on it, so not much comment. but base on word of mouth, those product acts like stimulant, example, steroid, you take it, you instantly be able to lift heavier weight, but not knowing that your muscle is actually at a overuse stage, thus when the stimulate is over, you end up with more pain. unlike phiten, which uses your what your body already have, and bring it back to the normal level.

because stress, or unhealthy diet can deteriote our body system.

ofcourse its not to say that if you wear phiten, you have no pain at all! and you dont have to sleep, and can continue to stress youself up! thats call abusing your body!

so it realy depends on an individual's rate of deterioration and recover.

a couple of us tried it and felt instance releave after applying phiten's product.

ok...thats for now.....got to prepare for tomorrow's track!
